Bike Storage Policy

Please note that we have limited space for bike repair and storage.  Accordingly, we have the following rules for storage and pick-up of customer bikes.  These rules will be strictly enforced so that we can continue to serve other customers:

  1. We will notify you by call, voicemail, text, and/or email when the work on your bike is complete.  You MUST collect your bike within 2 business days of notification.  After 2 days, we will assess a $5 per day storage charge for each additional business day we have to store your bike. 
    YOU are responsible for monitoring your device to receive our notification.
    NO exceptions.

  2. For flat repairs, you MUST collect your bike the same day you bring it in.  If we are required to store your bike overnight for a flat repair, we will assess a $5 per day storage charge for each additional business day we have to store your bike.

  3. If you do not collect your bike within 7 business days of our notification, you agree that the bike is a donation to Community Cycles. Your bike may be gifted to a deserving community member or resold.

  4. If we need to do more work than we’ve outlined in the estimate provided, we will contact you for approval.  If you do not approve the additional work within 12 hours, we will terminate the work and notify you to collect your bike.
